    The product was delivered on time by Amazon safety, while I was also provided with a Open-Box delivery for spot damage verification.

    1) The microwave itself is quite spacious inside and occupies a large foot print.
    2) Offer Convection+Micro. Due to only one convection heating element, the time taken in grill and convection is much higher.
    3) Terrible UI, no numbers or backlit. It’s often confusing to enter numbers from icon button as they’re not printed. The UI isn’t backlit making its operations in the dark irritating.

    Build quality can be much better..noisy in the microwave mode..maybe due to the bigger size. No smart features. Heats up on the top quite a bit during grill mode, can’t place bare hands on the top.
    Seems to bake fine and grill fine. Manual mode is possible, but buttons are obscured(hidden) by the cooking mode buttons.
    Packaging is bare minimal with a brown card board box with just a plastic sheet covering the box.

    After 6 months:
    Performance is great. Grill and Convection (haven’t used Uwave much) are quite effective and toasting, baking work well.

    The media could not be loaded.

     I have order this & exchanged 3 times for the same door panel issue. If i cook or making food hot inside the smoke all comes out from the door. Its bit scary. Will not recommend this to anyone to buy as i have exchange 3 times & the issue is with all which came as Exchange one. Totally waste of money.

    The display glass caught fire within 5 minutes of opening the product. Does not meet the safety standards and shouldn’t be on amazon.

    After sales service from whirlpool is pathetic, I have made a complaint since a week but there is no response just false assurance that service team will contact you. Horrible, don’t do for Whirlpool appliances.

    MWO door melted.Very much disappointed but amazon accepted the return and the whole process including refund was sorted within 24hours.

    Initially I was frustrated with performance, but now it’s really good product. I used it for baking mostly and end up getting better results now. Happy with the product.
    Only problem is that it’s little bulky. And I had to purchase a separate low grill since a hybrid grill was given in package.
