    Kent is advertising it as a zero wastage RO purifier, but it is not.

    I stay in 14 floors building, I will need a connection from my flat to water storage on top floor to pump wasted water. There is no infrastructure setup for that.

    Even technician, who came for installation said it is just marketing gimmick and water will be wasted.

    Horrible practice by Kent. You have to replace filters worth 5000/- every year. They don’t tell this while buying the product. Once you have bought the product they have basically locked you in and then you are trapped forever. Even the sales rep when I tried to buy offline did not tell us about these fixed recurring costs.
    Would not recommend this to anyone.

    Very good product.

    Only one issue with this is when installed there is a continuous beep used to come and technician told it is normal with this model.
    I complained to next level about the issue, then another technician came and changed one of the pipe inside the filter. Magical the issue is resolved.

    I am writing this because I got to know that all units of grand + is having same issue that is what technician initially told me. If someone says this, ask him to change the shorter pipe to little longer one near carbon (don’t know exact technical term) which resolve the continuous beep issue.

    I got the delivery of KENT GRAND PLUS on 26th August 2020 and I’m still waiting for installation. The Kent has allocated technician from Delhi for installation in Pune. Now I’m afraid that I may need to pay for his flight tickets as well as for accomodation. If in case he is traveling by road then I’m wondering how much will it take to reach Pune. I wish him safe journey 🙏

    I am completely cheated and fustrated and unsatisfied..
    I purchased this RO 1 month back hardly used because of lock down and suddenly i noticed water dropping from the purifer and then called the technician and it found to be a crack in the tanker of the purifer….
    I simply dont understand how that crack happened? Is this manufacturing defect? Or it happened while transport? Or it happened while installing?? or it is a fake product –
    I have no idea how to know ??? kent technician are not so cooperative, as if they are in hurry not explaining details..When i asked what is the process how the issue be fixed, he gave me lame excuse “Sir use Feviquick”, and we dont know when the replacement of tank will come…

    Is this a it the way Kent provides service?? Now i am thinking If i would have used it on the day it installed it would have noticed it on the same day..

    Who should be accountable for my loss.. Is this the Transport Department of Amazon or the Technician who did installation or the product seller???#amazon #kentro

    The product delivered is faulty. Auto cut feature when the RO is full doesn’t work hence it starts overflowing. It has to be stopped manually.

    The media could not be loaded.

     This model has inbuild fault. My water TDS is within the range so I asked the technician to bypass RO membrame and pump and he dit it. Within 1 week of installation it start leaking from the top of the tank. So I called the technician and they could not identify the issue, after 4th visit they finally replaced the SOV and after the replacement it start leaking within 2 days. I am living on 2nd floor and water tank is on 6th floor of building. The water pressure is bit on higher side so the SOV start to pass. When the RO is in off condition water starts to fill in tank and subsequently starts to leak from the top of tank. The kent has very badly designed the product and due to very clever maketing they are selling this product at daily higher price.
    Also the service technician took very much time to come to house and attend the issue.
