    I booked this this product from IFB on dhan teras for my family and was out for Diwali,there was no issue in delivery and i was advised to wait for until demo happens by IFB technician then open the box.After waiting for a week the demo didn’t happen.I had to raise a request for demo personally by going to the customer support of IFB.
    Demo agent came and showed us the manual buttons and during this time product was opened from the box first time almost 10 days after purchase.Installation took another 7-8 days from our end as we didn’t had a electric point and space to fit this large microwave .
    To my surprise when i put the first “bowl of dal “and kept it for 2 mins it didn’t heat,i somehow thought i pressed something wrong and again did this exercise.After spending half and hour with the microwave functions..i came to a conclusion that this is a faulty product and at the demo we didn’t actually check if microwave is heating food or not.
    With a sad experience i reached to IFB with the issue as i thought i’m doing something wrong and somehow the demo didn’t happen correctly as the product looked perfect. IFB technician again visited and on job sheet declared this product as faulty and asked me to wait as they will change it.
    I got a call from the warehouse person (subhas) promising that they will change the piece as its a new product and issue is at there end.
    This week monday 11 dec 2017 a new microwave was sent with opened box,it appreared like it was repaired product not new so we didn’t accept it.
    I WANT TO SAY ..DO WE LOOK STUPID TO ACCEPT A FAULTY PRODUCT OR USED IF I HAVE PAID IN FULL????
    I’m going to raise a request with consumer court and totally recommend double check the functions in demo,Also after delivery ask for demo instantly,moreover in today’s time of Quality checks how can a product whose basic function is to heat and is not doing it is passed?
    How can you dare to send such thing at my house?Why did i choose IFB as a brand and was relaxed ?If you guyz can’t promise a safe product then please remove yourself from eCommerce websites.
    I’m still stuck with the microwave and waiting for authorities and amazon to help me out with a new one

    Basic function of the microwave is to heat and this microwave is not at all heating even the technician who has visited has confirmed that it is faulty and need to be replaced. Pure waste of money and time

    Nice product and quality is good…If someone is fond of making brownies , Cake , Biscuits , Pizza…
    In short you don’t need to spend for all these things outside.
    All these stuff made by my wife .

    I am giving up and purchasing a different Microwave after struggling with it for two years . First the Microwave started giving trouble just 8 months after purchase. We called the service center , They straightway said , some part worth INR 3000 is to be replaced. I mentioned that it is a new one , for that he said the online units sold are defective and one need to pay the price for the same. Since it was a new unit, I did not have the heart to throw it. So I got the part replaced paying INR 3ooo. Soon after, as and when the Microwave was switched on our house power used to trip. It was strange because , it did not happen at all times .We called our electrician to check the lines , he did an extensive check and concluded that there is a problem with the microwave. we called the technician again , he did something and charged INR 750 for visit charges. After a few months the microwave started giving trouble again. I have decided to replace my microwave. The previous one I used for 10 years .

    I returned because the unit used to move when the door was attempted to close/open. It seems they forgot to add rubber grip at the base(four sides). Also it makes lots of crackling sound when opened or closed. It makes surprizingly loud noise sometimes during the heating/cooking process compared to other available microwaves.

    I am writting the review how Amazon is displaying wrong info on catalogue.
    Product measurements are completely maintained wrong.
    Based on this measurements we ordered the product so that it fits exactly on kitchen platform.
    After delivery I see it’s too big. Width and height measurements are not correct.
    Before purchasing please check only in product site.

    Shuts down suddenly and won’t show one single indicator .. may be a protective feature but don’t even show error message… and then won’t switch on for sometime then automatically turn on..
    And last day first time convection was used and started to have a very weird ringing sound instead of the magnetron sound midway through and had a smell like burning coming .. after switching off when you switch on for microwave also the same loud ringing noise and nothing is happening..
